Wild Life Distillery Rundle Bar Gin


The Rundle Gin was created in collaboration with hospitality team at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. Chemistry at work has created a fun and versatile gin for martini's or mixing cocktails.

Floral, citrus and classic juniper notes lead the way in this contemporary style gin.

Displaying a rich blue colour from the infusion with Butterfly Pea Flower, watch the gin turn pink/fuchsia with the addition of an acid: Lemon juice, tonic water etc.
