Welcome to our inaugural video contest; where amateurs looks like pro's, and pro's look like amateurs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

Adventure can mean many things to many people. Here at Wild Life Distillery we hold this notion of adventure close to our heart. Whether it be a cruisy bike ride after dinner, or an epic 21 day backcountry ski traverse, no adventure is too small for this opportunity!

We want you to take a minute on your next trip, get creative, and film a short clip of you getting out there. Specifically, we want to see WHERE and HOW you are enjoying our new canned cocktails. The intro video (posted July 6th) is our version of what this could look like, but by no means should it be limited to our one clip! Video submissions must be no longer than 30 seconds. 

Remember, this is not for professionals only, amateurs are encouraged to try out their film skills and show us what you can do! Have some fun with it.

HOW TO ENTER

Complete the following steps during 2 week the contest period (July 5th-20th, 2022) in order for your entry to be considered.
1.  Get out there, get creative, and film an original video clip of you and your pals showing us WHERE and HOW you are enjoying our new canned cocktails. Videos must be no longer than 30 seconds.
2. Post your video to your Instagram account and tag @wldspirits as well as use the hashtag #WLDCommunity. You must be the creator of the video and the owner of the Instagram account it is posted on to be entered.
3. Follow @wldspirits on Instagram as well as the following partners:
@solararesort 
@rockymountainflatbreadcanmore
@ankorcanmore
@_sportsgarage
4. Complete the sign up form below and enter the required information.
You must verify that you are of legal drinking age within Alberta, and confirm that you have read and understand the rules and regulations of the contest to be entered.
5. That's it! Upon completing steps 1-4 completely and entirely you will be entered into the contest. Incomplete entries will be deemed ineligible and not be considered entered into the contest. Multiple entries are allowed and encouraged, up to five (5) per entrant.
The entry period for the contest closes at 11:59pm MDT on July 20th, 2022. 

CHOOSING A WINNER

Eight (8) contest finalists will be chosen on July 21st, after all submissions are verified.

The finalists will be notified via Instagram and email.

On July 22nd, 2022 we will begin the online voting period of the contest.
We will then share these 8 videos on our Instagram story in a head-to-head format where users will be invited to vote on their favourite video for 24 hours - winner moves on.

The finalists will then become four (4), then two (2), then one (1) after the head to head rounds. 

The final results of the online voting, along with the winning video will be announced on Wednesday July 27th, 2022.
