Tasty Barrel-aged Gin Sour. Whisky Sour lovers rejoice!

Ingredients

• 2oz B.A. Gin
• 1oz Lemon Lime Juice (1:1)
• 0.75oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Dash Aromatic Bitters
• 1 Egg White

Instructions

Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker tin first without ice. Dry shake for 10 seconds. Then add ice and wet shake for another 10 seconds. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. No garnish, just frothy goodness.
