SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our WLD team works hard to get your bevvies to you. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our distillery.

Wild Life Distillery is pleased to offer shipping to multiple locations within Canada. Shipping outside of Canada is not available at this time.

We offer refunds and exchange within 30 days.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping of Alcohol 

Alcohol products that are purchased from Wild Life Distillery on our online store are sold in the province of Alberta. This location of sale transfers the ownership title to the purchaser upon receipt of payment. The purchaser agrees to these terms by completing an order in the checkout. Wild Life Distillery makes no representation to the legal rights of purchaser(s) to import alcohol into any province outside of Alberta. It is solely the purchaser who is responsible for the shipment or importation of alcoholic products. By placing an order with Wild Life Distillery, the purchaser acknowledges that arrangements to ship alcoholic product(s) out of the province of Alberta are being undertaken at the request of, and under the direction of the purchaser. The purchaser also accepts all responsibility for all costs (including but not limited to taxes or tariffs imposed by regulatory authorities) associated with the sale and shipping of the product.

Delivery Time

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. The purchaser will receive a shipping confirmation notice, which will outline delivery timelines and shipping method. 

Signature and ID of an adult who is at least 18 years old (19 years old in provinces where this the legal drinking age) will be required. Orders cannot be left on the doorstep or unattended.

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

We are unable to cover any losses or damages that may occur through third party couriers. In the case of damage to a product, please email photo evidence to community@wildlifedistillery.ca and we will coordinate a replacement shipment at no cost to the purchaser.
