Rhubarb Gin Sour
Ingredients
- 1.5oz Rhubarb Gin
- 1oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75oz Simple Syrup
- 0.25oz Campari
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker tin. Dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds. Then add ice and wet shake for another 10 seconds. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Express lemon twist and then discard lemon peel.
