Colour changing Gin & Tonic featuring our Rundle Bar Gin!

Ingredients

• 2oz Wild Life Rundle Bar Gin
• 1oz Wild Life Tonic Syrup
• 4oz Carbonated Water

Instructions

Build cocktail into collins and then fill the glass with ice. Add ice and garnish with juniper berries and fresh lemon.

For some fun, try building the cocktail without the tonic syrup, and then add this at the end to watch the colours change!
