Spirit forward cocktail featuring our Rundle Bar Gin and Saskatoon Berry Mead.


  • 1oz Rundle Bar Gin
  • 0.5oz Tonic Syrup
  • 0.5oz Saskatoon Mead
  • 0.25oz Aperol


Add ingredients into mixing glass, fill with ice and stir for 10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass with king cube. Garnish with lemon twist, oils expressed.
