Mash Bill: 100% Peated Malted Barley (UK Malt)
Barrel Profile: 25 Gallon - Ex-Bourbon, White American Oak
Distillation Method: 500L Alembic Copper Pot Still
Non-Chill Filtered. Natural Colour.

Crafted with traditional methods, this whisky was milled, mashed, fermented, distilled, aged, blended and bottled by Wild Life Distillery in Canmore, AB. 

Tasting notes from the team: 
Nose - Caramelized golden apple over a banked peat fire. Ripe pear and warm banana bread, with dark chocolate and candied cherry underneath.
Palate - Creamy and settled. Vanilla and soft oak lead, with dusty smoke and fresh-baked biscuit close behind. 
Finish - Soft tannins and a long, quiet smoke stay and linger.
