Distillation Method: 500L Alembic Copper Pot Still
Non-Chill Filtered. Natural Colour.

Crafted with traditional methods, this whisky was milled, mashed, fermented, distilled and aged by Wild Life Distillery in Canmore. Nothing bought, nothing compromised.


Tasting notes from Matt and Keith:
Nose - Sweet smoke, chocolate malt, poached peaches, dried apple, candied cherries
Palate - Gentle rain on a smoldering campfire, cereal, fresh cut leather, doughy, sweet chocolate chip cookies
Finish - Lingering puff of smoke, warm baking spice, freshly dried tobacco. A dram meant to be sipped slowly and enjoyed.
