Canadian Whisky Reimagined.

Crafted in the heart of the Canadian Rockies and inspired by the maple stands of the East, our Peated Maple Rye Whisky is a true testament to tradition, time, and terroir.

This small-batch whisky was distilled with 100% Alberta Rye sourced from a single farm, then aged for four years in casks that once held peated single malt whisky and Canadian maple syrup. Unlike most maple whisky, no syrup is added — the subtle maple character develops naturally from years aging in the cask.

The result? A whisky as unique as the nation that inspired it. Smoky peat and warm maple intertwine with deep rye spice, creating a one-of-a-kind flavour profile. Hints of charred oak, caramelized toffee, and a whisper of campfire linger on the finish, evoking memories of crisp alpine nights, sugar shack springs, and fireside storytelling.
